Do you service European cars in Jamaica?
Yes. European vehicles are our specialisation: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar and Volvo are among the makes we service, with brand-capable diagnostics and the correct fluids and procedures.
Do you work on vehicles outside the European brands?
Yes. Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru and Suzuki are among the makes we service for diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
Do I need an appointment?
Please message us on WhatsApp first so we can plan the time and any parts. It saves you waiting at the workshop. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm; Sundays are by appointment only.
Can I contact you through WhatsApp?
Yes, WhatsApp is the easiest way to reach us. Send your make, model, year and the problem, plus a photo or a video of the noise if you have one.
How long does a diagnostic take?
A full-vehicle scan and initial assessment is usually completed within the visit. Intermittent or heat-related faults can need the car for longer; we will tell you before you leave it.
What should I do if my check engine light comes on?
If it is steady and the car drives normally, book a diagnostic soon and do not clear the code. If it is flashing, or the car is overheating, losing power or making noise, stop driving and contact us.
How often should I service my car in Jamaica?
Every 8,000 to 10,000 km or six months, whichever comes first, is a sensible baseline in our heat and traffic. We will advise on your specific engine.
