What this website collects

This website does not have user accounts and does not store form submissions. The booking form runs entirely in your browser and composes a WhatsApp message that you send yourself; nothing you type is sent to this website's servers.

WhatsApp and phone

When you contact JRC Automotive Ltd on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you send (for example your name, number, vehicle and the problem). We use them to respond, to book and carry out work, and to keep service records for your vehicle. We do not sell or share them with third parties except as needed to complete your repair (for example ordering parts).

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. Where such tools are active, they may set cookies; you can block cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, whose own privacy policy applies. Where a Google Map is embedded, Google's policy applies to it.

Your rights
