JRC Automotive Ltd is an established automotive service centre at Lot 18 Great Pond Villa, Great Pond, Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica, open Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm and Sundays by appointment. We specialise in European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, Volvo) and service most major makes. Work is booked on WhatsApp, every repair follows a confirmed diagnosis, and customers get the cause, the evidence and the estimate in plain language before work starts.
Our story
JRC Automotive Ltd works out of Great Pond, Ocho Rios, on Jamaica's north coast. The cars that come through the gate tell the story: Mercedes-AMG E53s and C43s, BMW X5s, X6s and 7 Series, Porsche Macans, a GT 53 in for a downpipe, an E-Class in for an air-suspension repair. European vehicles are what the workshop is known for.
Over the years the workshop became known for one thing above all: European vehicles. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover and Range Rover owners in Jamaica have few places that combine brand-capable diagnostic equipment with technicians who understand these platforms. That combination is what we built.
We still service most major makes, because a good process works on a Toyota as well as a Porsche. Test first. Confirm the cause. Explain it plainly. Fix it properly.
How we work
Diagnostic philosophy
The scan tool tells us where to look. The technician proves what is wrong. No part is recommended until the cause is confirmed.

Clean bays, the right tools for the car in front of us, and the correct fluids and procedures every time.
