The guides and information on this website are general automotive information written for Jamaican drivers. They are not a diagnosis of your specific vehicle. Symptoms described in the Knowledge Centre can have many causes; a proper inspection is required before any repair decision.

Estimates and work

Estimates are provided after inspection or diagnosis and are confirmed on WhatsApp or in writing before work begins. Work is carried out only on your approval. Diagnostic time is chargeable and is confirmed with you before you bring the vehicle in.

Parts and warranty

Parts fitted meet the manufacturer's specification; genuine and OEM-equivalent options are discussed with your estimate. Warranty terms for parts and labour are confirmed in writing with each estimate.

Vehicles left at the workshop

Please collect your vehicle promptly once we tell you it is ready. Vehicles are left at the workshop at the owner's risk except where loss or damage results from our negligence; storage may be charged for vehicles left uncollected after notice.
